1979-1999

Date Title
1979 Welcome Co., Ltd. was established and focused on the manufacture of hand tools during this period.
1986 Started to develop patented products, including a staple gun, Handy Sealer, non-contact power detector, and established a brand for global marketing.
1991 Started attending worldwide trading shows and exploring the global market.
1991.11 Participated in the Taipei International Gift and Stationery Autumn Show organized by TAITRA and was honored with the distinction of being one of the 10 OUTSTANDING PRODUCTS.
1993.01 Welcome Co., Ltd. has been honored with the ''Certificate of Excellence'' issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C., granting us the privilege to use the Symbol of Excellence and the slogan ''It is Very Well Made in Taiwan.''
1994.03 Honored as the winner of "Excellent Enterprise Award" by Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association.
1994.05 Won the "Excellence Award" in the 3rd National Invention and Creation Award.
1994.10 Participated in the iENA International Trade Fair in Nuremberg and was awarded the "Gold Medal".
1995 Our R&D products have obtained international safety certifications such as GS, CE, UL, and CUL.
1996.06 Chairman Ammy Chou has the honor of receiving the country's Inventor Individual Prize, becoming the first female prize winner.
1996.10 Our company has obtained ISO-9002 certification from the Bureau of Standards, Metrology, and Inspection, MOEA
1997.10

The Bureau of Standards, Metrology, and Inspection, MOEA, issued the 'Inventor White Paper' publication, featuring a special article titled 'Phoenix in the Invention World ~ Zhou Shuhui,' introducing the legendary Chairman, Ammy Chou.

Ammy Chou was awarded the 'Certificate of Excellence' by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C.
1998.01 Ranked No. 1 in the US Jordan Whitney's Report for home goods sales.
1999.10 Welcome Co., Ltd. proudly announces that we have been honored with the 2nd 'Rising Star Award' from the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, MOEA.


2000-NOW

2000.08 Awarded the "Certificate Of Excellence" issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C. for the third time.
2000.09 The long-term research and development of the mini sealer has won the 7th 'Taiwan SMEs Innovation Award.
2001 Evaluated and recognized as a qualified supplier by Wal-Mart.
2002 Evaluated as a qualified supplier by France King Fisher, Handy Vacuum cleaners created a sales boom in TV shopping, mail order, and major supermarkets, becoming the main product.
2003 Passed the ISO-9000 (2000 edition) certification awarded by the Bureau of Standards, Metrology, and Inspection, MOEA.
2004 Become qualified supplier of QVC, and HSN.
2005 Received more than 100 patents worldwide and covered more than 28 countries.
2006 Order received from TCHIBO (the largest daily necessities company in Germany).
2007 Started implementing the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS).
2009 Passed the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) evaluation.
2012 TCM, the largest distributor in Europe, became the sole agent for QU-Seal.
2013 TCHIBO (the largest daily necessities company in Germany), which sells QU-Seal, has exceeded one million sales for three consecutive years.
2014 The SMART SEALER has become a highly popular product on HSN, a leading US TV shopping network.
2016 Signed the sole agency agreement for QUSEAL in Europe with MEDIASHOP.
2019 DR. SAVE UNO Vacuum Pump has been honored with the "Bronze Medal" at the Concours Lépine, the "Gold Award" at the EGRET CUP Cross-Strait Industrial Design Awards, and the 26th Taiwan Small & Medium Enterprises Innovation Award.
2021 DR. SAVE TRE Vacuum Pump was awarded "Bronze Medal" of 2021 Taiwan Innotech Expo Invention Award.
2022 Passed the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) evaluation and obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification.
2023 DR. SAVE ALPHA Power Portable Air Pump was awarded the 'Silver Medal' at the Concours Lépine.
2024 DR. SAVE MAGIC Air Pump was awarded the 'Bronze Medal' at the Concours Lépine.
